WHEN & WHY DID YOU JOIN BEC?
I joined the firm in 2022 because I was intrigued by Marcus and his vision for the firm.

I decided to hitch my wagon to BEC to put my financial and tax expertise to make the impact big for our clients.

The power of this organization lies in its vision and people, like myself, who diligently execute to achieve superior results for our clients.

HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN YOUR CAREER?
The foundation of my career in public accounting starts with experience I garnered in other industries.

I have been part of 2 high performing sales teams in the pest control and home security industries where I learned to foster rapport, understand needs, and provide desirable solutions to clients.

I served a 2-year church mission in Finland where I learned the Finnish language at a near native proficiency and developed an intimate understanding of Finnish and Scandinavian culture. I also oversaw the execution of our mission at a district and regional level and served on the national council that set the strategic objectives of the mission.

After my return home, I helped foster 3 successful start-ups in the Health & Supplement, Pest Control, and Construction industries where I contributed to business development, process management, and quality control.

My interests turned toward accounting and taxation as I decided to pivot into a consulting career. I have worked in public accounting firms as a tax and in-house consultant and served as a Contract CFO of a successful healthcare industry start up.

WHAT ARE YOUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE/PASSIONS?
I have a high level of technical skill in accounting and taxation. I have a passion for economics and finance that helps me approach complex problem solving with exceptional analytical thinking and logical reasoning. I focus on personal development so that I can take advantage of compound interest in my life.

I can make some wild voice impressions that will have you laughing. I enjoy singing, playing the guitar, and learning new cooking skills.
